Progress Report #02 | Q3 2022

Introduction

•Arrow Monaco has been engaged to review the status and quality of the build of the new build Custom Line 42m hull number 10.

•The outfitting is taking place at the Custom Line/Ferretti facilities in Ancona.

•The following report illustrates the status of the build as of the 27th September 2022 when the vessel was visited.

•The finished vessel will have the following arrangement:

Conclusion

• Joinery is now starting to be installed in lower decks having completed the routing of main piping and electrical cabling. We should shortly start seeing furniture being installed on the vessel,

• Electrical main routes on floors have now been closed off and sealed in order to proceed with floor levelling,

• Engine room has seen much progress to it, with generators now on board, shaft lines, and various other apparatus. Side shell and bulkheads have now been insulated, and the only remaining insulation to perform is the ceiling, when engines will have been embarked, and deck hatches closed off,

• Alucobond in engine room has now been installed on bulkheads and shell,

• External decks have seen fairleads installed, as well as capstans, stairs and windows (particularly those of the bridge),

• Painting for small localized black areas has been undertaken and adequately covered to avoid damage by heavy traffic

• As this moment in time we do not envisage any critical items which could lead to any delays in delivery,

• We are now using the yards´ software ´SmartSheets´ to add and monitor the defects we encounter during our visits.
