EXTERIOR PROGRESS UPDATE | Q3 2022
Exterior Views
•All overboard discharges and intakes are now complete.
• Underwater lights have now been installed.
• Windows on the topsides have been complete apart from the one on STBD side for embarkation of woodwork into the lower deck areas. (The window is present at the yard).
• All grounding plates have now been Installed
• Aft fairleads have now been installed.
Stem protection has been installed
Metallic protection from chair has been laminated to the bulbous bow
Hull windows have been installed ….
…. except for STBD side guest cabin; it will be used for embarkation of all joinery for lower decks
Engine room grounding plates have been installed
Main engine exhausts are being laminated into place
Main deck aft cockpit
Main deck aft cockpit
• Capstans are being installed
• Capstan motor under the deck is being installed
• Aft fairleads have been installed
Main deck side corridors
• No major changes to these areas
Forward deck areas
• Bridge windows have been installed
Forward deck areas (pt2)
• Windlass area is starting to be outfitted
(N.B. we notice no capping on cut-outs; this has been added to our ongoing remarks list on SmartSheets.)
• FWD area fairleads have been installed.
Upper Deck
• Stainless steel ladder to Sun Deck has been presented
• Contours of side lockers have been painted black and protected
Sundeck
• Sundeck could not be visited during our survey because the staircase from the upper deck to sun deck was being installed but not yet complete, hence access was denied for safety reasons.
Exterior Decks
Aft swimming platform
• No major change to these areas
• Transom door present at the yard
