TECHNICAL PROGRESS UPDATE | Q3 2022

Engine Room

• Insulation is complete on external shell and bulkheads.

• Alucobond white finish is being installed on walls and bulkheads.

• Generators and their respective basements have now been installed.

• Piping in lower bilges has been installed and other piping is being installed.

• Several other main apparatus is now in place, such as shaft line, Hammam, various pumps.

• Electrical cables appear to be in place.

Engine Control Room

• Insulation / lagging is now complete,

• Switchboards are being installed,

• Electrical cabling is being routed and terminated.

Main Tender Garage

• Insulation is now complete.

• Alucobond is being installed.

• Piping installation through this area has been completed (main routing).

Aft steering locker

• Hydraulic steering piping is being completed,

• Steering hardware is being installed.

• Alucobond in side lockers is being installed.

FWD Bosun locker & anchor chain locker

• Bosun locker has been visited,

• No major works taking place at the moment.
