EXTERIOR PROGRESS UPDATE | Q2 2022
View from aft stbd quarter
•Safety precautions in place (as per safety document present at the yard),
•Electricity, compressed air and extraction are all present on board,
•Access ladders and passerelles are now on board,
•Transom door is not in place (viewed on yard floor),
•Side bulwarks not in place (both sides),
•Rollbar and mast are missing (not at the yard),
•Gelcoat external surfaces generally in good shiny conditions. Some touch-ups required.
•Glass windows are being installed.
View from yard plateau (aft areas)
•Shaft line and rudders are in place. Propellers not installed yet. Rudders require full paint cycle,
•Stern thruster housing can be seen on aft transom. The drive has been installed but not the propellers yet,
•Some of the overboard discharges have been installed,
•Main exhaust fibrglass shapes are noticeable in the fibreglass structure,
•Main sea water intake are marked but yet to be cut-out,
•Shell door opening is visible on PT side for tender launching. The door itself is located on the yard floor,
•Siome shell windows have been installed. To be completed.

•Shaft line and rudders are in place,
•Stern thruster drive unit is installed, propeller yet to be installed,
•Shell door opening on PT side,
•Overboard discharge is being outfitted.
View from bow areas
•Bow thruster installed (missing propeller),
•Anchor housing in fibreglass is easily in view,
•Fibreglass gelcoat has been sanded away for protection bars below the anchor housing and on the bulbous bow,
•Stainless steel protection of the stem has been installed,
•Fairleads and anchor viewing hatch are open and awaiting outfitting,
•Overboard discharges installed in specific recess. Cowlings are being installed,
•Bublbous bow presents an opening on the top side. We are told this was done in order to install the blue/white coloured underwater light,
•Fwd Master cabin windows are being installed.

•Porthole housing,
•Bow thruster drive,
•Bulbous bow preparation (sanding) for protection bars,
•Overboard discharge hardware (missing the aesthetical cover)
Material on the yard plateau
The following components are located under the vessel and readily available to be installed on board:
•Fin stabilizer components,
•AC system components,
•Interior pre-cut woodwork for cabins,
•Electronic components
Material on the yard plateau
•Pre-cut electrical cabling,
•Insulation/lagging materials,
•Aft transom door for garage,
•Windlasses.
Main deck aft cockpit
•Not much outfitting is yet happening on aft decks as can be seen form these photos,
•All surfaces have been covered with red plastic protection cover.
Main deck side corridors
•Side corridor surfaces are protected with red plastic material,
•Windows have been installed,
•Access to engine room takes place on PT side.

•Installation of windows (in progress),
•PT side balcony on lounge area (this is an OPTIONAL) which has been selected from the list of extras),
•Fire hydrant installed in corridor external hatch.
•Fairlead opening
Forward deck areas and side manoeuvring station

•FWD anchor chain hawse pipes,
•FWD fairlead and viewing hatch,
•Touch ups to gelcoat on aft areas,
•Hatches on inner bulwark.
Upper deck
•No significant works can be reported in this area
Sun deck
•Yard is sanding above the bridge deck area,
•Apart from this, there is no significant progress to report in this area.
