Phase 2. post-contract: project supervision
Once a refit contract has been signed, Arrow will provide a handpicked project supervision team with significant expertise and experience in yacht construction, refit, and operations. The team will be onsite on a full-time basis (unless otherwise agreed). Your project manager will act as your single point of contact, expertly coordinating between all parties to ensure each one is working to the agreed specifications and plan, that all works meet the specification and required quality as well as good shipbuilding practice and statutory regulations.
Arrow will produce regular project reports providing a detailed update of progress as well as highlighting any significant problems, delays, or additional costs. Our aim is to keep you fully updated throughout your project.
Post-Contract Services:
Full-time/part-time onsite management as agreed
Plan approval by class
Oversee shipyard works ensuring they are completed in line with the executed contract, specification, and drawings
Ensure that changes are agreed, reported and recorder as per specification
Identify defects, report to the owner and shipyard, track rectification
Milestone payments and refit stage verification
Cost control and budgeting
Manage owner decision schedule
Oversight of classification and regulatory requirements
Document management and administration services
Oversight and approval of all tests and trials at the dock and sea trials
Ensure the shipyard delivers a full set of “as Amended’ documentation including specifications and drawings
Official delivery and acceptance
Post- delivery warranty support
