Progress report on metal works on San Lorenzo 44m, project 157.

Hull
Rudder stock bearing carrier as seen from the steering gear compartment.
Waver piercer which is made of pure INOX stainless steel and welded to Aluminium hull using bi-metallic weld technique
Engine Room / Framework
Generator base framework. This work is being carried out in unison with exhaust outlets
Example if wall mounted framework for electrical panels in the ER.
Owner cabin / Mezzanine
Below are two images showing this spacious and excellently planned out area. Image 1 shows a view facing forward and Image 2 shows welding works on the mezzanine/office area. It’s indeed a great usage of space.
AFT deck / Beach club floor
Escape hatch coming from the ER to the beach club-always good to see safety requirements coming along.

Galley and Interior
Galley window which has been already treated with the Boero anti humidity paint which will be applied throughout entire interior.
Example of cold water piping in PVC They are taking great care to improve their pipework as per Arrow instruction.
Wheelhouse
Wheelhouse window framework and consul area.

Radar arch and life ring frame
Addition of life ring frames on main deck . Again nicely done .
Radar arch upside down on the yard floor. The quality of the welding was in evidence here and it will be interesting to see this area progress and be mounted
