Progress report on metal works on San Lorenzo 44m, project 157.

Location: Massa, Italy

Report compiled by Matthew Wood, technical manager at Arrow Monaco on the 17th June 2022.

The hull structure has departed its shed, this section is the ship’s hull up to the continuous main deck not including the bow or the superstructure.

The hull has been moved into a large shed where upon it will be coupled with the bow.

The bow section has been constructed in its own shed, again the section is the hull up to the continuous main deck level.

The hull and bow sections have now been moved into a larger shed where they will be connected to create a complete hull.

During the connection process of the hull and the bow, superstructure fabrication will continue.

Upon completion, the superstructure will be mounted onto the hull to complete the construction process.

The yacht will then be transported for the next stages of outfitting and painting.
