M/Y SL44137 3-d WALK-THROUGH

[DATE]

An example operational motor yacht

This portal can be used and shared by charter brokers to allow prospective clients to “walk through” the vessel. We can orientate a scan to a clients needs, allowing access to guest only areas, engine rooms, or the whole vessel.

In a world increasingly needing to remote work we have seen a big interest in offering a solution to replace traditional viewings of vessels.

We use this portal to follow the vessels construction in an interactive and informative way. It allows our clients to visually watch as their project takes shape and develops in real time, walk through spaces, see placements and arrangements of areas.

We have the ability to at tags to items we think you should be aware of, visually highlighting the item in question allowing you to make a more informed decision. From a progress prospective we can update this model with before and after pictures of selected spaces. Our “deep links” can link items in a construction log or progress report to “fly through space” locations, taking you directly to the item in question.

This offers many benefits to the client and can result in change orders being foreseen at an earlier stage and feasibility studies being undertaken with greater understanding of systems and spaces, all saving time and reducing costs.

These production stage scans allow future reference to the technical installation of systems when refit or repairs are required, giving the crew and contractors “eyes behind the walls” it can allow solutions to be found at a significantly faster pace with less destructive investigation.

Engine room scans can be completed to varying degrees of detail depending on client needs and space of the area. With floor plates uplifted we can capture everything you can see from a standing position.

We have seen clients use scans of engine rooms for things such as labelling pumps and other serviceable items to showing locations of valves and emergency equipment.

Engine room scans can be offered either incorporated to a full vessel scan or as separate portals.
