110m dedicated PROJECT TEAM

As with any project, people management coupled with high-level technical skills are key to success. The buyer and his/her team must be able to communicate clearly with the technical team and the technical team must have extremely strong people management skills to get the best out of builder and their contractors.

Below you will find our suggested team members along with their profiles. This technical team has been carefully selected due to their proven track record working together. Estimated man days are shown on the Project Fees Plan located on the “Project Fees” Page.

It should be noted that until a shipyard is suggested, it is difficult to provide an accurate proposal on the team members and days needed as each shipyard has a different process of Yacht construction.

Additional Specialists

We may suggest from time to time to bring in specialists as and when needed. However, this is very much down to the complexities of the design & engineering, the shipyard selected and the sub-contractors of the shipyard for items such as Hull Fabrication, Engineering, Tank Testing, Paint, AV, IT, Noise & Vibration, Interiors etc. We cannot confirm today what is needed, however we can confirm that any external contractor(s) required will be agreed in advance and paid directly by the Buyer.
