FEES

Please find below a preliminary estimation based on the limited information we have today. Arrow Services Monaco (ASM) will review the scope of the project with the Principal and once agreed, a fixed or monthly fee will be agreed in the form of a Contract.

All expenses associated with the project will be invoiced to the Principal on a cost only basis.

The fees per month indicated above and man days are to be confirmed once a shipyard is selected.

PRE-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

For the pre-contract review process, we would expect this to be between XXXX and XXXX. This estimation is based off the requested 3 months. However, as there is never a fixed time frame when tendering, this is very much based on real time spent in the form of man days. Should any of the below documents be available from, we may be able to provide a more accurate quotation estimation on time required for this phase.

  1. Specification (or design intent)

  2. General Arrangement Drawing (Draft)

  3. Contract of Construction (From each bidding yard)

We will require a deposit prior to commencing of XXXX. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

POST-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

Based on the size, nature and estimated construction schedule required for a pedigree project such as this, we estimate our fees to be between € 36,750 - € 39,750 per month for project management. We have assumed the buyer will want high levels of supervision, so we have estimated our days to reflect this. However, we can still raise or lower the amount of our team’s involvement to meet your specific requirements. In the above attached “Project Fees Plan”, we have estimated the man days best we can that comes to an average of 50 days per month for the build duration post contract signature.

We will require a deposit prior to commencing of € 90,000. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice(s).

3-D PROGRESS SCAN FEES

Fees are based on a study of the GA and sizes of space arrangement. We recommend a scan schedule which works in line with your build supervision contract and the nature/stage of construction to be 1 scan every 3 months.

From the limited study of this build and based on similar sized projects we can estimate scan fees to be €16,000 - €18,000 per scan.
