NEW BUILD SUPERVISION

Arrow will provide a qualified supervision team with expertise and experience in Superyacht construction, refit and operations. Our team will guide you through the entire process from design & specification production, GA and drawing reviews and amendments, right through to completion, warranty, post-delivery operational management.

To better understand our approach, we divide the process into two readily definable sections: pre-contract and post-contract signature services.

Below you will find a brief outline of the scope of these two services along with the 3D scan options and fees quotation.

CLIENT KEY BENEFITS

Pre-contract signature review is crucial to your protection, as once you have signed the contract of construction, you have lost all negotiation leverage. Our team is extremely experienced in negotiations and reviewing specifications, drawings, schedules to reduce your risks post signature.

• Our multi-lingual technical teams are Superyacht specific with excellent cross-cultural people management skills.

• Our onsite team(s) will have full support from our head office in Monaco who will provide secretarial, accounting, payment, budgetary services.

• When necessary, Arrow shall adjust the number of supervisors in attendance, taking into account the progress of the construction and the Principal’s instructions and/or requirements.

• Produce a quarterly written and/or photographic report covering inter alia the construction progress, quality of workmanship and any relevant recommendations to the Principal. We can also include full 3D model reporting on request.

• Assisting in the negotiation and implementation of Change Orders requested by the Principal.

• Preparing a list of initial supply for the Vessel as and when so requested by the Principal.

• Upon delivery of the Vessel from the Shipyard to the Principal, Arrow shall ensure that the Vessel receives the relevant certificates stating the compliance of the Vessel with applicable rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory bodies such as, but not limited to, the Classification Society and Flag State as named in the Shipbuilding Contract.
