Project Plan

Once the project plan is defined by the builder, we will be able to provide you with a guideline to the expected construction schedule with an accurate overview of the number of days and technicians required though the various stages of construction.

PRE-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

For the pre-contract review process, we would expect this to be between 25K€ and 35K€, excluding expenses.

We will require a deposit before commencing. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

POST-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

For the post-contract signature services, we estimate our fees to be 24K€ per month, excluding expenses, for project management until delivery and acceptance of the Yacht.

3-D SCAN FEES

Fees are based on a study of the GA and sizes of space arrangement. We recommend a scan schedule which works in line with your build supervision contract and the nature/stage of construction.
