Safety and security onboard your yacht is our primary concern. They are also paramount in order to maximize your enjoyment and minimize the risks for the owner and crew. Arrow has developed a highly effective Safety Management System, certified to international maritime standards, which is used by, and monitored across, our managed fleet.

We work closely with captains and crew to implement and maintain this system, providing a continuous cycle of improvement in both quality and safety onboard, while also improving safety awareness across the Arrow fleet. Our overall aim is to install a strong culture of accountability and safety awareness across the board.

Manage My Vessel (MMV), our online safety management and compliance platform, has been specifically designed to assist your captain and crew to fulfill the requirements of the Safety Management system as well as complex regulatory requirements both easily and efficiently. The system provides secure, remote access to all mandatory documents and records, manages certificate expiry and provides regular notifications and alerts to keep the captain and crew on track with the status of all items covered by the safety management system. All this information can be accessed in real time by the owner and his team, whenever they wish to do so.
