Progress Report #05 | July 2023

Introduction:

Attached is a series of images relating to the works on the Mangusta  104 hull no. 6.

Arrow representatives, Technical Manager Matthew Wood, and Project Manager Harry Noonan surveyed the build during July at the Mangusta facility in Viareggio.

Progress bullet points below :

• Fairing, wiring, piping work, and partition work are the main projects.

• The hull has had its first shooting of topcoat paint-this coating is used to detect flaws, Mangusta are rightly proud of this extra effort they use to achieve excellence in exterior paint finish.

• The Engine room is all about framework templates and insulation applications.

• Anti-condensate paint application underway in interior and anchor chain lockers.

• Compartmentation resin work and fitting are ongoing.

• Cable and pipe runs are loosely run to their locations.- this is ongoing.

• Radar arch and transom door continue manufacturing process off site, these items will not return until much later in the project.


STERN – BELOW WATERLINE

Initial stainless steel Kamewa gaskets are now in place.


TENDER GARAGE / SWIM PLATFORM

ENGINE ROOM

The insulation is presently being fitted.


SIDE DECKS

The Port and Starboard side decks are in continued paint preparation.


AFT DECK

The following images show July’s advancement in partitioning and wire laying.

GRP work around shower bases is also complete.


OWNER’S CABIN
