Below is a series of images relating to the works in progress on the Vessel.
Visits were carried out by Arrow Representatives at Mangusta facility: Harry Noonan and Matthew Wood.
The Vessel is at the stage where there is a huge emphasise on wiring, in fact the wiring at is at 90% completion and the workmanship in this department has been excellent.
There is continued progress in the fairing work on the exterior as well as exterior lockers being worked upon.
There is much advancement in the fitting of deckheads with the ‘Fitlock’ system which is an efficient mechanism certainly compared to Velcro and staple guns which were used in the past.
Plumbing pipework is continuous at this stage.
Framework and hot-works continue in the Engine room and the weld quality is acceptable at this stage.
STARBOARD QUARTER/HULL SIDE
Left: Continued fairing work on quarters using SPY technique. This is prevalent around the exterior-good practice.

Left: The small opening amongst the pink ‘SPY’ is an extraction vent for guest cabins.

PIPEWORK AND OUTLET VALVES
Left: Pipework and outlet valves for deck drainage and bilge water.
Right : Continued progress with pipework insulation throughout the vessel.

Below is a close up of the highly effective fitlock system and the image on the right is the deck heads stored and ready for their next stage .
ENGINE ROOM
Ongoing metal work/frame work in the ER.
This is a methodical process involving much calibration and measurement.
