Arrow Monaco has been engaged to review the status and quality of build of the new build Mangusta 104 hull number 5.
The outfitting is taking place at the Mangusta facilities in Viareggio.
The following report illustrates the status of the build as of the 21st December 2022.
Introduction:
Attached is a series of images relating to the works in progress on the Vessel.
Visits to the vessel were carried out by Arrow Representative at Mangusta facility : Harry V Noonan.
The Vessel is at stage where much wiring and pipework is being worked upon and more interior partitions are in evidence throughout the vessel.
There is also much advancement in the fairing work on the exterior.
The Vessel will certainly advance quickly over the weeks after Christmas as it is at a period where much fitting should commence - a very interesting time in the Vessel’s life!
Hull aft section:
Images the steel insert plate attached in readiness for the Kamewa jet buckets that will be offered up and aligned by Kamewa technicians at a later date.
The blue sections below the plate are the base for the Humphrees interceptors .
Foredeck awning pole recess:
Image on the right is foredeck awning pole recess taken from the inside clearly showing ongoing fibreglass work and drain hole.
Image below shows recess from the top showing fairing work using ‘ MEGA PRIMER’.
Swimming platform/aft deck stairwell:
The image below is showing the aft Starboard quarter which is faired beautifully with the recess for retractable cleat.
On the right we have the stairwell leading to aft deck which is prepped and ready for next paint process.
Interior pipework progression:
Engine room:
There is much advancement in the aluminium framework in the Engine room. This is ongoing and being constantly calibrated before paint applications on bilge area.
Bridge consul/interior salon ceiling:

Bow and forward area:
On the right is an image of the bow which has been faired into its shark like profile. Very impressive.
Below is an image of what will eventually be the bridge window and foredeck bathing area.
