The yacht’s hull and superstructure have had a layer of gel coat applied and filler application has begun as one of the early stages of paint preparation.
Hull & Superstructure: templates are not being made for windows, vent grilles, external fittings, and brightwork. The templates will be sent to specialists for manufacturing off site.
The engine room has the machinery foundations, jet drive tunnel and engine exhaust structures installed in place.

Main deck:

The pipework necessary for the ship’s systems that run under the floor has been installed. Including but not limited to air conditioning, hot and cold fresh water, and drainage.
The tanks for waste, fuel, and water that are under the floors have all been pressure tested and witnessed by the classification society.
Crew areas and galley
The wooden partitions are being installed that create the different areas and cabins.
Like the guest areas, the pipework and amenities that run under the floor have been installed ant the structural tanks have been pressure tested.

The external hull continues to be faired and sanded smooth by teams of workers on both sides of the vessel.

Engine Room
There has been little change inside the Engine Room this month as works have been continuing in other areas forward with pipe runs for the Fresh Water, Sea Water, and Fuel systems.
Underwater Transom - Reinforcement plates delivered today will be placed on the outside of the hull where the waterjet units bolt through the hull transom. These give strength to the hull form and provide alignment for the steering and ahead/astern hydraulic pistons.
