General
On March 31st 2021, the current Construction Log (ConLog ARROW SL44137 - New Build Construction Log 20210331.1; attached to our email dated April 2nd) including all associated images were handed over to Captain Simon Farmer by Ross Paterson (Arrow Project Manager). Sanlorenzo also delivered the WYSR logon information to Captain Farmer, together with the official iPad for managing that system going forward.
Our involvement in this project and contract has now come to a conclusion. We hope that we provided valuable information to this project and hope to work with you again in the future.
Official (Owners) sea-trials were successfully completed on March 10th. All associated testing and maneuvering procedures were completed to the satisfaction of the ABS surveyor, Owner surveyor and Captain.
With only seven working days remaining until Delivery on April 9th, Sanlorenzo are focusing completing systems commissioning and on loading all remaining furniture and loose items onboard.
The Beach club is the final area still in the completion phase. Owners inspection of this area is anticipated within the coming days.
95% of all commissioning is now complete, with only a few remaining outstanding points to close.
Owners team have been concentrating on works list, comprising five main categories. These lists have been updated on March 30th, in agreement with Owner’s Team and Sanlorenzo to form the ‘Escrow Agreement’. See below the Escrow Summary. Kindly note that the full log will be sent separatly (by email) and that it is is a ‘dynamic’ log and considered to be a ‘still shot’ of the situation on Tuesday 30th March.

Amount for ESCROW has been agreed between Sanlorenzo and Owners Team.
Schedule
March 30th until Delivery – the main focus will be to close out the ‘P1’ (pre-delivery) priority items on the Log document.
March 30th – Sanlorenzo will take the yacht to sea for the afternoon, to carry out a ‘Fleet’ photoshoot. This is a marketing exercise for Sanlorenzo and will involve four of their newest vessels.
April 2nd to 5th – Crew will have access to load Owner Supply items etc.
April 6th – Fueling for ‘shake-down’ cruise.
April 8th – Delivery late pm. The yacht will move out into ‘International waters’ to complete the exchange of ownership.
April 8th – Final payment due.
April 9th – Exportation procedure in the morning.
April 9th to 14th – the Captain and crew will take the yacht to sea for three to four days for a ‘shake down’ cruise. Sanlorenzo have agreed to send their commissioning engineer on the cruise, to provide onboard crew training and technical assistance.
April 15th through to shipping (anticipated for end May) – The yacht will be berthed at the Sanlorenzo facility, whilst Sanlorenzo complete all remaining works, as recorded in the Log prior to delivery and also any warranty items that may arise during the ‘shake down’ cruise.
