Project Plan

Once the project plan is defined by the builder, we will be able to provide you with a guideline to the expected construction schedule with an accurate overview of the number of days and technicians required though the various stages of construction.

PRE-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

POST-CONTRACT SIGNATURE SERVICES FEES

For the post-contract signature services, we would expect this to be between €55K and €65K per month for the duration of the build. We will be able to give a more accurate fee once we reviewed the specifications, general arrangement drawing, building contract, makers list, and build schedule.

To start the process, we will require a deposit before commencing. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

3-D SCAN FEES

Fees are based on a study of the GA and sizes of space arrangement. We recommend a scan schedule which works in line with your build supervision contract and the nature/stage of construction.
